   Elisa Michelle

Analytical, yet creative, Elisa is a publisher, writer, and teenager. Shy, but blunt, she has natural leadership abilities and a drive to overcome and help others do the same.

Elisa is originally from Houston, Texas. Before she was 13 she lost her father, her closest grandmother and her health. She is on a spiritual journey that has led her to peace and freedom in Jesus Christ. She values brute honesty and deep relationships. She is quick to share laughs as well as creative ideas.

Elisa is working on a novel called The Realm Within; however, her primary focus is finishing high school and running her new publishing company.

  Belinda McDanel

Wars, shootouts, riots.  These happened on a daily basis.

Spiritually sensitive and somewhat mystical, Belinda McDanel felt called into the ministry when she was 10.  Born in Germany on an American Army base, Later, Belinda lived in Central America as a teenager with missionary parents.  She lived through several years of turmoil, which lead to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) when she was older.

She proudly holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary.  She helped countless people find inner peace during her 12 years as a pastor. However, she never found a balance between family and work and eventually burnt out. She continues to lead people in a closer relationship with God through nurturing conversations and intimate prayer.

In her first book, she joins her nephew, John, to support each other in the healing journey. They express the desperation of pain and the steps toward healing.

Belinda is married to Bruce and they have two teenage children.

  John Noe

Quiet yet funny, muscular but creative, hurting and healing.  John Noe is many things.

When he was 19, he went to live with his aunt, Belinda, to get closer to God.  He made sure to bring his knife collection.  After

all, he wasn't safe without them.  The year before, he got a DUI. It almost killed him.  Since he was 14, John struggled with alcohol and substance abuse.

Now, at 21, John Noe is free of his crutches, avidly seeks the Lord, and is engaged.

But his battle scars still remain.

Through poetry and storytelling, John tries to express the things that lead him to substance abuse. He unites with his aunt, Belinda McDanel, to face the dysfunction within their family by using poetry as therapy in their book, Intimate Journey: Battle Scars.

John is writing his novel, Trials of Myrtlewood
